After soaring high against Calloway County last Friday, Icarus fell to the ground on Friday. Murray took a 15-29 hit to the loss column at the hands of Madisonville-North Hopkins. If Murray were hoping to take revenge for the 7-53 loss against Madisonville-North Hopkins the last time the teams met, then they were left disappointed. The game leaves both teams with the exact same record at 1-1.
Next week, Murray take on Fort Campbell at 7:00 PM. Madisonville-North Hopkins will look to defend their home turf next week against Union County at 7:00 PM.
