On Saturday, McCurdy were out to avenge their 0-47 defeat to Santa Fe Indian from the last time they squared off against one another, but they had no such luck. McCurdy were completely outmatched, falling 6-47 to Santa Fe Indian. The state rankings had actually given McCurdy a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
McCurdy are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3. The win bumped Santa Fe Indian's record up to 1-2.
Next week McCurdy take on Laguna Acoma at Home Game at 1:00 PM. As for Santa Fe Indian, they will face off against Wingate.
