Pottsville's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Christian Alvarez, who scored 16 points. The game was Alvarez's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Derek Watkins, who scored 12 points.
Pottsville now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Pine Grove, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
