Rison will take on Harmony Grove in each of the teams' third playoff matchup on Friday. Both of these red-hot teams will try to put the other on ice to keep their winning streaks alive.
Rison earned some more postseason success in their contest last week. They enjoyed a cozy 36-20 victory over Lamar.
Meanwhile, Harmony Grove ran circles around Clinton, and the extra yardage (472.10 yards vs. 203.10 yards) paid off. Harmony Grove put the hurt on Clinton with a sharp 46-14 win. The Hornets' success was spearheaded by the efforts of Xaylon Falls, who picked up 104 yards on the ground on 11 carries and snatched three receiving TDs, and Mecca Arnold, who rushed for 141 yards and two TDs on 15 carries. That makes it six straight good games from Falls.
