Century won the last time they faced Shawnee and things went their way on Saturday too. The Century Centurions put the hurt on the Shawnee Redskins with a sharp 59-33 victory. The Centurions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Several Redskins players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Noah Mayberry, who posted 13 points and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Kyler Jewell, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten rebounds.

Century has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season. As for Shawnee, they dropped their record down to 1-13 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home.

Century wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 66-37 defeat against Vienna on the 20th. As for Shawnee, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 60-54 win against Joppa-Maple Grove on the 20th.
