Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin waltzed into their game on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Kenston Bombers by a score of 7-4. For the Lions, this counts as revenge for the 4-2 win the Bombers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in June of 2023.

Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Keenan Ryans, who scored a run while going 1-for-2. Another was Cian O'Boyle, who scored a run and stole two bases.

Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin pushed their record up to 4-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Kenston, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.
