Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Forest Hill). They blew past the Village Academy Tigers 70-43 on Tuesday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

When it comes to explaining why Village Academy lost, don't look at Shawn Promaphil. Despite the final result, he went 7-for-13 en route to 19 points. Promaphil continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Roodley Valentin, who posted 11 points and six boards.

Forest Hill's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Village Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Coming up, Forest Hill will square off against Lake Worth Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Village Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 73-56 win against Glades Day on the 3rd.
