The Woodlake Tigers entered their tilt with the Granite Hills Grizzlies with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Woodlake took their game on the road on Friday with ease, bagging a 41-7 victory over Granite Hills. Woodlake's offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.
Isaiah Taylor was the offensive standout of the game as he rushed for 75 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries. Another player making a difference was Vincent Duran, who threw for 108 yards and two touchdowns.
Woodlake is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season. As for Granite Hills, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
Woodlake will be playing in front of their home fans against Minarets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Minarets is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Granite Hills does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
