The Random Lake Rams will head out to face off against the Mishicot Indians at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Random Lake knows how to get runs on the board -- the squad has finished with ten runs or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Mishicot likes a good challenge.
Random Lake's pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They blew past Cedar Grove-Belgium 15-0. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won 12 contests by six runs or more so far this season.
Danika Eberhardt made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than one walk in seven consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two runs.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Ava Daggett, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI. Those three hits gave her a new career-high. Madison Arndt was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI and one run.
Random Lake kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 18 hits. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their hit total in four consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Mishicot posted their closest win since June 14, 2025 on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Manitowoc Lutheran, sneaking past 4-2. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Indians.
Like Random Lake, Mishicot also got a great game from a two-way player: Nevaeh Malchek. She struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and only one walk). Malchek was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with one home run.
In other batting news, Eva Boness was excellent, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases and two runs. Another player making a difference was Cooper Brouchoud, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.
Random Lake's record is now 14-3. As for Mishicot, their record now sits at 10-12.
Monday's matchup will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Random Lake hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .378. However, it's not like Mishicot struggles in that department as they've averaged .351. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Random Lake might still be hurting after the 8-0 loss they got from Mishicot in their previous meeting back in May of 2025. Can the Rams avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
