Given their disadvantage in the MaxPreps state rankings, GMG should expect quite the challenge on Friday. They take on Hudson at 7:00 PM. With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the victory.
GMG made easy work of Columbus last Friday and carried off a 32-0 win. GMG was expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Meanwhile, Hudson were able to grind out a solid win over Columbus, winning 14-0.
Their wins bumped Hudson to 2-0 and GMG to 1-1. We'll see which team can carry over they success and which team inevitably falls when Hudson and GMG clash.
