Pine Tree's game  on Thursday was all tied up 21-21 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They walked away with  a   35-28  win over the Chapel Hill Bulldogs. Winning may never get old, but the Pirates sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
 Chapel Hill lost  despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was   Malik Gee, who rushed for 117 yards and one  score, and also threw for 150 yards and one  TD. Another player making a difference was  Lemuel Stinson, who rushed for 178 yards and one  touchdown while picking up 9.4 yards per carry.
Pine Tree's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Chapel Hill, their defeat was  their fourth straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 5-4.
