Homer-Center had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They put the hurt on the Carmichaels Mighty Mikes with a sharp 10-0 win on Monday. Considering the Wildcats have won ten games by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Homer-Center got a massive performance out of Collin Dunn, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Brayden Rado, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs and one stolen base.

Homer-Center has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-5 record this season. As for Carmichaels, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-6-1.

Coming up, Homer-Center will take on Eden Christian Academy on Thursday. Homer-Center's pitchers better be ready for this one: Eden Christian Academy has averaged an impressive 10.6 runs per game this season. Carmichaels does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
