Phillips got a  massive  performance out of  Makayla Dekeyser, who  went a perfect 1-for-1 with one  home run, three  stolen bases,  and two  runs. That's the most  stolen bases  Dekeyser has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of  Alanah Holiday, who  got on base  in all three of her plate appearances with six  stolen bases and two  runs.
 Phillips  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .947. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
The  win  got Phillips back to even at 2-2. As for Tilden,  they are  on  a  15-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.
 We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Phillips is set to  take on  their familiar foe Hyde Park  at 12:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Meanwhile, Tilden will  challenge  rival Hubbard  at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
