When it comes to explaining why Hebbronville lost, one person who can't be blamed is Oscar Carrillo. Despite the final result, he scored 12 points along with four steals. The match was Carrillo's third in a row with at least ten points.
Hebbronville struggled to work together and finished the game with only two assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
Odem's victory bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Hebbronville, they now have a losing record at 6-7.
