It was a good run, but Goode STEM Academy unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 2-0 to the Juarez Eagles.

Goode STEM Academy was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Juarez work for it, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 28-26.

Goode STEM Academy's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 3-2. As for Juarez, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-7 record this season.

Goode STEM Academy will challenge Bowen at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Knights are facing the Boilermakers at the right time seeing as the Boilermakers are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Juarez, they are taking a road trip to square off against Hubbard at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
