Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Riverside). They took their game on Thursday with ease, bagging a 70-37 victory over the Heartland Lutheran Red Hornets. The Chargers pushed the score to 61-25 by the end of the third, a deficit the Red Hornets cut but never quite recovered from.

Heartland Lutheran lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Luke Olson, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 14 rebounds. Olson is on a roll when it comes to boards, as he's now pulled down 11 or more in the last three games he's played. Colton Zehendner also deserves some recognition as he posted his first block of the season.

Riverside is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 5-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.7 points per game. As for Heartland Lutheran, their loss dropped their record down to 2-8.

Riverside didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 61-38 win against Shelby-Rising City on the 10th. Heartland Lutheran has also already played their next game, a 42-18 defeat against Silver Lake on the 11th.
