Highland got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Justin Pack out in front who went 7 of 16 on his way to 23 points along with eight rebounds and five steals. Pack's evening made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Those five steals gave Johnson a new career-high. Cal Lemmons was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 11 points and nine rebounds.
The victory (which was Highland's third in a row) raised their record to 5-1. As for Morgan Township, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-5.
Highland will square off against Whiting at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Highland is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 60.8 points per game this season. As for Morgan Township, they will take on Christian Academy at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
