The Worland Warriors's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Lovell Bulldogs at 5:30 p.m. on January 19th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Wyoming (Worland is ranked 31st, while Lovell is ranked 15th).
Last Saturday, things could have been worse for Worland, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 42-25 loss to Powell. Worland has struggled against Powell recently, as their matchup on Saturday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Meanwhile, Lovell entered their tilt with Rocky Mountain with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Lovell breezed by Rocky Mountain on the road to the tune of 58-31. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Lovell has posted yet this season.
Worland has been struggling recently, as they've lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season. As for Lovell, their victory bumped their record up to 8-5.
Worland skirted past Lovell 37-35 in their previous meeting on Friday. Will Worland repeat their success, or does Lovell have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
