The Clearfield Falcons gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 49-13 victory over Granger.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Clearfield to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ciara De La O, who scored 14 points along with 4 steals. Isabelle Wyaskett was another key contributor, scoring 4 points along with 8 steals and 6 rebounds.
Clearfield's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Granger, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Clearfield will face off against Ogden at 7:00 p.m. on November 30th. As for Granger, they will head out on the road to face off against Alta at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
