The Fairview Apaches will face off against the Tinora Rams at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Fairview is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.5 runs per game this season.

While Fairview's victory against Antwerp wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Apaches skirted past the Archers 3-2. The win continues a trend for the Apaches in their matchups with the Archers: they've now won five in a row.

Fairview's victory was truly a team effort as six different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Madisen Sharp, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI. Samantha Coolman was another, going 3-for-4 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Tinora was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 17-6 to Hilltop.

Paige Gamby was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two doubles. That home run marked the first that she has launched this season. Another player making a difference was Madison Spangler, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI.

Fairview now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Tinora, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6.

Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Tuesday. Fairview hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 0.4 home runs per game. However, it's not like Tinora struggles in that department as they've been averaging 1 home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
