In what's become a running theme this season, the Hollins Royals gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 59-19 victory over Sarasota Military Academy on the road. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 33-12.
Hollins' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Josh Castallani led the charge by scoring 12 points along with five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Malachi Miller, who scored 14 points.
The victory makes it two in a row for Hollins and bumps their season record up to 14-10. As for Sarasota Military Academy, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.
Hollins will head out on the road to face off against the Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lakeside Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past 18 contests -- so hopefully the Royals likes a good challenge. As for Sarasota Military Academy, they will take on the Thunder at TBD on Tuesday.
