They blew past Wonderful College Prep Academy 65-34 at home. Kings Christian has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 matchups by 24 points or more this season.
It was another big night for Ronnie Roche, who scored 31 points along with seven steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Kings Christian's points. Another player making a difference was Elyas Miro, who scored 12 points along with seven assists and five rebounds.
Despite the defeat, Wonderful College Prep Academy saw an underclassman step up: Jose Morales-Martinez scored 15 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Morales-Martinez has scored all season.
Kings Christian's win was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 19-1. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.2 points per game. As for Wonderful College Prep Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.
Kings Christian will head out on the road to challenge Caruthers at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wonderful College Prep Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Summit Charter Collegiate Academy at 7:00 p.m.
