After soaring high against Columbus last week, Icarus fell to the ground on Friday. GMG took a serious blow against Hudson, falling 0-35. If GMG were expecting to get some payback for the 0-55 loss against Hudson the last time they met, then they were left disappointed.
The defeat dropped GMG's record to 1-2. The victory bumped Hudson's record up to 3-0.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week GMG take on Wapsie Valley at 7:00 PM. As for Hudson, they will face off against North Tama.
