On Friday Crossings Christian take on Crescent at 7:00 PM. After both teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one of them is set up to suffer a discouraging change of fortune.
Crossings Christian were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. They made easy work of Northeast Academy last Friday and carried off a 41-14 win. Followers of Crossings Christian probably expected little less of the squad in a season in which they have collected three blowout victories.
Meanwhile, after a disappointing 6 points in the matchup before, Crescent made sure to put some points up on the board against Watonga. Everything went Crescent's way against Watonga as they made off with a 36-13 victory. The success represented a nice turnaround for Crescent, who in their last game suffered a tough 6-41 loss.
Their wins bumped Crescent to 3-2 and Crossings Christian to 4-1. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, Crescent and Crossings Christian will really light up the scoreboard.
