The Del Mar Dons will head out on the road to challenge the Yerba Buena Aztec Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Del Mar's last five contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
Del Mar has not lost a match since January 18th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Tuesday. They never let Pioneer onto the board and left with a 1-0 victory. Hugo Soto had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Del Mar.
Meanwhile, it was close, but on Thursday Yerba Buena sidestepped Silver Creek for a 2-1 victory.
Del Mar has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3-4 record this season. As for Yerba Buena, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-11-3.
