Softball Recap: Verdugo Hills Plays to a Tie

Verdugo Hills saw some tournament action on Saturday. They and the Faith Baptist Contenders finished up on equal footing with a 4-4 tie.

With that tie, Verdugo Hills' record moves to 2-3-1. Meanwhile, Faith Baptist's record is now 2-3-1.

Verdugo Hills didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 21-0 victory against South Gate on the 29th. As for Faith Baptist, they will square off against Vasquez at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. This will be Faith Baptist's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
