on the last play of the game in the Division 2 Michigan state title game to give the Crusaders a 40-38 win over Lowell at Ford Field on Friday.
Lions' All-Pro receiver Calvin Johnson would be proud.
Posey noticed 1-on-1 coverage against the physical and fleet 6-foot-2.5, 182-pound standout, who is ranked the No. 20 receiver in the country by 247Sports
"I saw the corner trying to tell the safety ‘get over top of me,' " Corley told mlive.com
. "He wasn't listening to him, so it was one-on-one. I knew Posey was going to make the right throw when he saw the coverage."
Said Posey: "I scanned the field, and it was one-on-one coverage with the best receiver in the state. I threw it up and gave my guy a chance to get the ball. He went up and made the play."
Perhaps they should say Hail Posey also. It was a pretty pass.
