The Brooklyn Center Centaurs have to be hurting after a devastating 88-68 defeat at the hands of the Columbia Heights Hylanders on Tuesday. If Brooklyn Center was hoping to take revenge for the 108-70 loss against Columbia Heights when the teams met last month, then they were left disappointed.
The Centaurs' defeat pushed them down to 3-15. The Hylanders' win brought them up to 14-9.
The Centaurs will take on DeLaSalle Friday. Brooklyn Center is the clear underdog, so they're hoping it's the size of the fight that determines this one. Columbia Heights will look to defend their home court Friday against Academy of Holy Angels. If the matchup is anything like Academy of Holy Angels' 76-70 victory from their previous meeting January, the scorekeeper will be kept real busy.
