Owen made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Draughn, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Warhorses blew past the Wildcats 12-2 on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Warhorses, who have now won six games by six runs or more so far this season.

As for Draughn, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 9-2.
Looking ahead, Owen will square off against Pisgah at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Draughn, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Draughn Wildcats duke it out with Hibriten Panthers at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
