Lily Maguire spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered two runs (both of which were unearned) on six hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Audrina Bailey was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base. Another player making a difference was Emma Cano, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI.
Atlantic Coast's record now sits at 21-5. As for Flagler Palm Coast, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-16.
