Timothy Potts Drops League-Best Effort on Wednesday
Starting off the list is Goleman's Timothy Potts, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Potts threw for 221 yards and four touchdowns while completing 91.7% of his passes.
With the victory, Goleman broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-4. Potts and Goleman will stay at home for another week and welcome Monsignor Pace at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Jason Jordan Turns in Season-Best Performance
Jason Jordan produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Cypress Bay to the win on Friday. Jordan made ten total tackles and defended four passes. Cypress Bay is 3-1 when Jordan posts three or more total tackles, but 1-3 otherwise.
The win got Cypress Bay back to even at 4-4. Jordan and Cypress Bay will face off against Hallandale at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Cypress Bay was led to victory by Micah Nichols, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Nichols picked up a sack, made four total tackles, and defended a pass in addition to snagging an interception. Cypress Bay is 2-1 when Nichols posts three or more total tackles, but 2-3 otherwise.
