Lawson Forthman was another key player,  dropping  a double-double with 13 points and 13  rebounds.
Pope County has  been struggling recently as they've  lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-11 record  this season. The  victory was  the third in a row for Cairo, bringing their record for this year to 6-17.
