Alliance Bloomfield lost to Stern at home by a decisive 67-51 margin on Thursday. Alliance Bloomfield has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Stern to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jr Romero, who scored 20 points. Another player making a difference was David Garcia, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten rebounds.
Alliance Bloomfield has been struggling recently, as they've lost ten of their last 11 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season. As for Stern, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 13-3.
Alliance Bloomfield will be playing at home against University Prep Value at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. University Prep Value is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road. As for Stern, they will square off against Los Angeles Leadership Academy at 2:00 p.m. on Monday.
