Dante Gentile's Big Game Leads Springfield over Mineral Ridge
Starting off the list is Springfield's Dante Gentile, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Gentile rushed for 232 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 7.7 yards per carry. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his seventh straight game with at least 115 rushing yards dating back to last season.

On the year, Perry has caught those 1 touchdown while averaging 22.2 receiving yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had three rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to 15.

Western Reserve found a leader in Jack Darney as the squad took down Waterloo on Friday. Darney turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 144 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 9.0 yards per carry.
Darney might have his next game, a home matchup with Mineral Ridge, circled on his calendar. When Darney last faced the Rams back in October of 2023, he rushed for 138 yards while picking up 7.7 yards per carry, and also picked up 51 receiving yards and a touchdown.

A Season-Best Performance from Ricky Willrich Leads Lowellville over Jackson-Milton
Lowellville was led to victory by Ricky Willrich, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Willrich threw for 160 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 passes.
