2A Conference 33 recap September 24, 2013
Windsor was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from fourth to second in 2A Conference 33. The Dukes defeated Northampton 35-0 earlier in the week.
Arcadia scaled the state rankings by moving to 308 from 336 this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Firebirds climbed the ranks as a result of beating Snow Hill 28-14.
Nandua's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Warriors feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Tyreim Blake has thrown for 253 yards and 3 touchdowns this season, while David Wright has 3 catches for 101 yards.
An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Arcadia takes on Nandua. Bill Prince's team is in fourth place, while the Warriors are in fifth place.
Nandua fell to Essex 44-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Anthony Smith ran for 10 yards and caught 1 pass for 15 yards in the defeat.
