On Tuesday, the Vernon Vikings were out to avenge their 75-55 defeat to the Morris County Tech Devils from their previous meeting last month, but they had no such luck. Vernon fell to Morris County Tech 52-45.
The Vikings' overall record fell to 8-11. The victory improved Morris County Tech's record to 12-5.
The Vikings will take on North Warren Regional next week. As for Morris County Tech, they will face off against Pequannock on Saturday. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 32 minutes: the MaxPreps rankings predict a close game.
