In other batting news, Hammond Academy of Science & Tech got a massive performance out of Austin McKimmy, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with three RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Those two doubles gave McKimmy a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Camden Foster, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with four stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.
