Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland] scored the most runs they've had this season on Saturday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of the Paris Tigers by a score of 12-11. The Titans have struggled against the Tigers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.

Andy Houlihan and Kalvin Budd stepped up to the plate in a big way. Houlihan scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-2, while Budd scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. What's more, Houlihan posted two RBI, the most he's had since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Anthony Smith, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

They weren't the only ones working in the hit department: Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland] kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.
