Foley is 2-8 against Robertsdale since November of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Foley Lions will head out on the road to face off against the Robertsdale Golden Bears at 7:00 p.m. Hopefully Foley focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 16 on Monday.
Foley can finally bid farewell to their 13-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game. They secured a 63-58 W over Navarre. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.

Meanwhile, Robertsdale came tearing into Tuesday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against St. Michael Catholic by a score of 50-40.
Robertsdale can attribute much of their success to Kole Singler, who scored 21 points. Those 21 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Gabe Stevens, who scored ten points.
Foley's victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 1-12. As for Robertsdale, they pushed their record up to 8-5 with that win, which was their third straight on the road.
This contest is shaping up to be a blowout: Foley hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having only averaged 53 points per game. It's a different story for Robertsdale, though, as they've been averaging only 43.6 points per game. The only thing between Foley and another offensive beatdown is Robertsdale. Will they be able to keep them contained?
