On Saturday, Logos Prep Academy came up short against The Christian School at Castle Hills and fell 54-44.
When it comes to explaining why Logos Prep Academy lost, one person who can't be blamed is Caleb Sedgwick. Despite the final result, he scored 21 points along with six steals and three blocks. Those three blocks set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Clayton Goldy, who scored 11 points.
Logos Prep Academy has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season. As for The Christian School at Castle Hills, their victory bumped their record up to 7-19.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Logos Prep Academy is on the road again on Tuesday and play against Faith West Academy at 7:30 p.m. on January 2nd. Faith West Academy is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak. As for The Christian School at Castle Hills, they will head out on the road to face off against Cornerstone Christian at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cornerstone Christian will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.
