The Lexington School for the Deaf Blue Jays can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent game on Wednesday. They blew past Hallen 70-39 on the road. The victory was nothing new for Lexington School for the Deaf as they're now sitting on six straight.
Lexington School for the Deaf's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Cristhian De La Cruz, who scored 16 points along with two steals. De La Cruz has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last six times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Hunter Larsen, who scored 17 points.
Lexington School for the Deaf's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-5.
Lexington School for the Deaf will look to defend their home court on Friday against New York School for the Deaf at 6:15 p.m. Hopefully Lexington School for the Deaf focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up eight on Wednesday. As for Hallen, they will head out on the road to challenge Lexington School for the Deaf at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
