Amboy won the last time they faced Ashton-Franklin Center and things went their way on Thursday too. The Clippers walked away with a 2-0 win over the Raiders.

Amboy never let Ashton-Franklin Center on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 26-24.

Jillian Anderson paced Amboy's offense, picking up seven kills. Anderson got some help from Morgan Kreiser and her 13 assists. Madison Althaus and Liliann Leffelman kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Amboy's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Ashton-Franklin Center, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Amboy has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Oregon on the 15th. As for Ashton-Franklin Center, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Morrison on the 16th.
