There's no place like home for the Bracken Christian Warriors, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road on Wednesday. They walked away with a 64-51 win over Heritage Christian on Friday. That's another feather in the cap for Bracken Christian, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Bracken Christian was led to victory by Wyatt Parsons and Hunter Cox. Parsons dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds, while Cox scored 27 points. Dominic Cristancho was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with 11 rebounds.
Bracken Christian's win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-4. As for Heritage Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.
Bracken Christian will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against Johnson City at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday. Heritage Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
