If Valley View wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Henrietta, they should've done a better job of containing Cruse Coleman. The Bearcats blew past the Eagles, posting a 69-0 victory for which the team can thank Coleman, who rushed for 140 yards and a pair of TDs on only eight carries. Coleman is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 140 every time he's taken the field this season.

Henrietta didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Coleman and Gage McDonald.

Henrietta pushed their record up to 4-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 49.3 points over those games. As for Valley View, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Henrietta is set to face off against their familiar foe City View at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams might be coming in a bit winded given these two teams combined for 928 yards in their previous games. Meanwhile, Valley View will challenge rival Holliday at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
