The Orange Glen Patriots can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Wednesday. They claimed a resounding 77-45 victory over Classical Academy at home. Orange Glen's offense finally found a way to get into gear: the high-octane performance was a 180-degree turn from their last three games.
Despite the loss, Classical Academy still got an impressive performance from Issac Davis, who scored 15 points. Davis scored a full 33.3% of Classical Academy's points, the fifth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Josephy Lanzone, who scored 8 points.
Orange Glen's victory bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Classical Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
Orange Glen will head out on the road to face off against Rock Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Classical Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Kearny at 6:30 p.m.
