The biggest upset of the week belonged to Canton, who took down 57th ranked Avon, 16-13.
Gilbert-Northwestern Regional's John Lippincott recorded the longest rushing play in Pequot - West this season in his game against Cromwell last week. Lippincott ran for 76 yards on the play and finished with 164 on the day as his team bested the Panthers.
Dominik Jankowski was the best wideout in the league this week as Lewis Mills fell to Morgan. Jankowski tallied 5 receptions for 80 yards. Nate Cook helped Lewis Mills' passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 28 yards.
Curtis Field put up the best numbers in passing as Granby Memorial lost to Enfield. He finished with 18 completions for 203 yards. Field's favorite target this week was Connor Field, who caught 6 passes for 65 yards.
Tony Ortiz was a beast in the backfield as Gilbert-Northwestern Regional defeated Cromwell.
Lippincott provided a threat through the air and on the ground as the Yellowjackets beat Chris Eckert's team. Lippincott's key target this week was Seth Dayton, who caught 2 passes for 36 yards.
Ortiz was the best running back in the league this week. In 20 carries, he ran for 235 yards as Gilbert-Northwestern Regional lost to the Huskies.
The Bears' 6-foot-4 quarterback Field is the league leader in passing yards this season with 203. The leading receiver in the league this season is Jankowski. The Lewis Mills star has 5 catches for 80 yards.
An important game coming up in Pequot - West this week will be when Granby Memorial takes on the Yellowjackets. At the moment, Rich Gadoury's team is in sixth, while Gilbert-Northwestern Regional is in first.
