Snow Canyon proved they can win big last Saturday (they won by three) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a set and slipped past the Dixie Flyers 3-2. Winning may never get old, but the Warriors sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
The match was exciting from start to finish, as four sets needed extra rallies to gain a two-point lead. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-27, 24-26, 26-24, 27-25.
Carleigh Spafford was nothing short of spectacular: she had 13 digs and six aces.
Spafford wasn't the only good server: Snow Canyon was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces every time they've taken the court this season.
