The Hardin-Jefferson Hawks lost against the Livingston Lions back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Hardin-Jefferson fell to Livingston 58-52. Hardin-Jefferson has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Livingston found their leader in underclassman Ziekus Garner, who scored 26 points along with five rebounds and five steals. Garner has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Jatarius Randolph, who scored 12 points along with five rebounds.
Hardin-Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 16-13. As for Livingston, they now have a winning record of 12-11.
Hardin-Jefferson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Livingston, they will be playing at home against West Fork at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Livingston is facing West Fork at the right time seeing as West Fork is stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
