Lake Havasu was dealt a 77-10 defeat at the hands of Millennium. Lake Havasu has struggled against Millennium recently, as their matchup on Monday was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.
Makenna Wiese was Lake Havasu's leading scorer, having posted six points.
Millennium found their leader in underclassman Dashia Richardson, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 10 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Saliah Daniels, who scored 13 points along with 6 steals.
Lake Havasu bumped their record down to 3-8 with that loss, which was their fifth straight at home. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 16.2 points per game. As for Millennium, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lake Havasu's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Mohave at 5:30 p.m. on December 6th. Millennium won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Desert Edge at 7:00 p.m. on December 5th. Desert Edge will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Arizona Rankings (they are ranked 126th, while Millennium is ranked 31st).
