The Western Tech & Environmental Science Wolverines were the 61-50 winner over the Parkville Knights when they last played one another back in February of 2017, but their luck changed this time around. Western Tech & Environmental Science fell 50-43 to Parkville on Wednesday.
Parkville's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tiras Wilkerson, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 18 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Wilkerson has scored all season. Cameron Alexander was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Western Tech & Environmental Science's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 0-2. As for Parkville, their win was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-1.
Western Tech & Environmental Science will be home for the holidays to greet Dulaney at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Parkville, they will head out on the road to face off against Perry Hall at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
